This $12.1 million project will provide:

• Professional rehearsal studios for music, dance, and theatre
• A 2,900 sq. ft. orchestra/band/choir rehearsal space with 18-foot ceilings
• Practice rooms for voice, piano, and instruments
• Recording and audio learning studios
• Administrative offices and flexible classrooms
• A modern board/community meeting room
• Inclusive and accessible design for learners and artists of all ages and abilities

Sara’s Studios will be open 7 days a week, becoming a hub for creativity, education, and community engagement. Confirmed partners include The Pops Orchestra, which will lead a new Community Youth Orchestra, and additional collaborations are in development.
